<p>PURPOSE:To provide a solid ink not causing the falling and ground staining of pictures even when the picture is abraded or bent, giving the picture having an excellent fixing property and a natural quality feeling, and used for ink jet recordings. CONSTITUTION:An ink composition containing a phenol compound selected from a group consisting of bis (2-hydroxybenzoyloxy) 1,2-ethylene; 1,4-dihydroxy- methoxycarbonyl naphthalene; bis (4'-hydroxybenzyloxy) alpha,alpha'-1,4-xylylene; 4- hydroxyphenylbenzyl thioether; 3,5-dioxapentane-1,7-bis (4'-hydroxydiphenyl thioether); N-cyclohexyl-3-hydroxyaniline; 2-(p-hydroxyphenylthio) ethanol; benzyl-3-hydroxybenzoate; salicyl salicylate; p-octylphenyl salicylate; etc., solid at the ordinary temperature and used for ink jet recordings.</p> |
