PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring method of applying highly accurate results with a simple operation using a dry type analysis element easy to produce and with standing a prolonged preservation, a method of preserving and transferring the analysis element supplied with an aqueous solution sample maintaining sufficient analysis accuracy and the dry type analysis element to be used in the measuring method involved by enabling the using of a trace of humor such as plasma, serum, urine and saliva, especially whole blood as sample. CONSTITUTION:A measuring reagent solution is supplied to an analysis element which is fed with a liquid sample and does not contain a measuring reagent laminated with at least a hydrophilic polymer layer and a fine porous layer having a blood cell separating function with the surface thereof made hydrophilic on non-water permeating support to cause a reaction. The analysis element causing the reaction is measured using an optical means. |
