PURPOSE:To provide a metallic oxide material having a low specific gravity and excellent superconductive characteristics, to obtain the superconductive material having a good quality and minimized in impurities without employing an ultrahigh pressure synthetic device, and to obtain the material having a high super conductor integral ratio and having good characteristics as the superconductive material. CONSTITUTION:A metallic oxide material represented by a compositional formula LnaCabSrcCu3-xMxOd wherein 2.7<=a+b+c<=3.3, 0.8<=a+b<=2.1, 0.05<=b<=1.1, 6<=d<=9, 0.05<=x<=2.1, 0.05<=b<=1.1, 6<=d<=9, 0.05<=x<=1.0; Ln is at least one element or atomic group selected from the group consisting of Y element and lanthanide elements; and M is at least one element or atomic group selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, Ti, V, Ge, Mo, W and Re. |
