<p>PURPOSE: To provide an IC card in which an electronic element is not delaminated from the substrate of the card even when the card is bent, and its production method. CONSTITUTION: The IC card contains an insert 1 incorporating a circuit, and electronic elements 3, 4 such as memory, processing circuit, and condenser are installed in a hollow part of its substrate 2. A typical production method is carried out by heating the insert 1 at a high temperature and pressing it on an elastically deformable receiving stand with the backside on the stand.</p> |
