摘要 PURPOSE: To improve the precision of a final product with uniform coating film by combined utilization of a viscosity decreasing plastic material such as pseudoplastic, plastic or thixotropic optical-lithographic composition and the coating technology designed by incorporating the fluid features of these composition. CONSTITUTION: A layer 242" of an optical-lithographic composition 242 with reduced viscosity is coated and formed on a surface. This layer 242" is made to be a viscosity decreasing composition, and is exposed to radiation for imaging by an irradiating means to image-form this layer by optical lithography. Then, as process a, a new layer of optical lithographic composition with reduced viscosity is coated and formed on the already existing layer 242". As process b, this new layer is made to be a viscosity decreasing composition layer. As process c, this new layer is exposed to radiation for imaging to image-form this new layer optical lithography. Thus, the above processes a-c are repeated till a three-dimensional product is formed.
