<p>The invention relates to a process for manufacturing construction elements in a completely automatic manner, using a moulding system applied to a moulding machine of essentially conventional type. The process is characterized in that it allows the mass-manufacture of moulded components, economically and rapidly, providing a high-quality product. The device used in the process according to the invention is provided with a vessel for the raw material, a store for pallets and a transportation system which takes successive pallets to a moulding station from where each pallet emerges with the moulded components. A control device - for example with a suitably programmed microprocessor - automatically controls all the operations. The objectives of the invention are achieved essentially by the addition, to the basic moulding elements - a mould and a countermould - of the third element: a set of spikes which acts as removable base of the moulding system.
