PURPOSE: To carry out attachment and detachment of cylinders easily and in a short time by providing a printing sheet cylinder, a blanket cylinder and a printing cylinder in vertical direction, and making possible to automatically carry each cylinder from a carriage to a printing unit. CONSTITUTION: In an offset printing press with plural printing units G for webs of various working dimensions, a printing plate cylinder PP, a blanket cylinder PB, and a printing cylinder CC the diameter of which is variable according to the printing dimension are provided vertically on each printing unit G. A cassette (not shown in the Figure) with an ink station, an ink roller, etc., is provided so as to be movable up and down at the upper position in each printing unit G. A carriage 3 carrying three cylinders PP, PB and CC between the cylinder units G is made installable, and new and old cylinders can be exchanged by an arm 26 which is movable in two lateral directions in each printing unit G. |
