PURPOSE:To obtain a healthy food capable of making calcium ingredients absorbed most efficiently in human body. CONSTITUTION:A healthy food using an eggshell as a raw material is produced by a method characterized as follows. The eggshell is dried and washed with water to remove an egg membrane. The resultant eggshell is burned in a furnace at 800 deg.C for several min. The burned eggshell is then pulverized to about 400 mesh size to produce a powdery substrate. Vitamin B2, lactose, corn starch, etc., are added to the substrate and the resultant mixture is formed into a tablet. |
