CHIMERA ANTIBODY AND ITS USE

PURPOSE:To obtain a new chimera monoclonal antibody capable of being administered to human body in diagnosis and treatment, having low immunogenicity. CONSTITUTION:A chimera monoclonal antibody (IgG) comprising an anti-human fibrin antibody light chain variable range containing at least one of polypeptide chain A (-THr Ser Ser Gln Ser Len Len Asp Ser Asp Glg Lys Thr Tgr Len Asn-), B (-Len Val Ser Lys Len Tys Ser-) and C (-Try Gln Gly Ile His Phe Pro Tyr-) and a human antibody light chain stationary range. The chimera monoclonal antibody is obtained by extracting each DNA and RNA from an anti-human fibrin specific antibody-forming hybridoma and an anti-UK antibody- forming hybridoma, determining a base sequence encoding a variable range of an antigen related to a human fibrin and bond to UK and combining the base sequence with a base sequence encoding a human antibody stationary range.
