PURPOSE:To keep the identity of integrated document information and edited results between plural equipments executing bidirectional transmission/reception. CONSTITUTION:A log forming part 7 allocates time-sequentially serial numbers to all information sent to a subscriber to be communicated and all information sent from the subscriber to be communicated and stores the serial numbers in a log file part 8 as a log file. A document checking part 9 edits independently integrated document information as if it is edited on a self-side in accordance with the log file stored on the self-side based upon checking information sent from the subscriber to be communicated together with check request information for communication information through a communication control part 3 and an event processing part 4 and compares the edited result with an edited result edited practically on the self-side to judge the presence of discordance. When the edited result of the integrated document does not coincide as the result of judgement, a message indicating the discordance is informed to an operator by turning on/off characters displayed on a CRT display part 6 through a plotting processing part 5. |
