PURPOSE:To prevent a shutter member from being carelessly moved from a window shielding position to a window releasing position and laser light from being leaked from a light exit window, at the time of mainstainance. CONSTITUTION:The cover 42 of a device main body 10 is turned by using a shaft 43 as a supporting point, and provided so as to freely operable and closable. The substrate end side of the connecting member 45 is connected to the cover 42, and the connecting member 45 is slidably provided by interlocking to the opening/closing action of the cover 42. A shutter member 47 is attached to the top end side of the connecting member 45, so as to move to the window shielding and releasing positions by interlocking to the sliding action of the connecting member 45. |
