PURPOSE:To enhance sensitivity to active rays in a wide region by incorporating a compound having an additionally polymerizable bond and a compound having a benzo- or naphtho-imidazole ring and at least one of specified compounds. CONSTITUTION:This photopolymerizable composition comprises the compound having the additionally polymerizable bond, the compound represented by formula I, and further, a compound having a halogen-carbon bond, an organic peroxide, a thiocompound of formulae II and III, and at least one compound selected from hexaarylbiimidazole and ketoxime ester. In the formulae I-III, each of Z<1> and Z<2> is a nonmetallic atomic group necessary to form a benzo- or naphtho- imidazole ring; each of R<1>-R<4> is X<-> is a counter ion: n is 0 or 1: R<5> is alkyl or aryl or the like; R<6> is H or alkyl, and R<5> and R<6> may combine with each to form a 5-, 6-, or 7-membered ring. |
