PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and the life by constituting a mover of a carbon fiber reinforcing resin complex simple, and making it have the elasticity in accord with the pressure of an ultrasonic motor in the direction of the pressurization of the mover. CONSTITUTION:A mover 13 made of carbon fiber reinforcing resin has elasticity in the direction of pressurization (vertical direction to the face A) since it is made in beam structure of both-end support. That is, the mover is composed of a mover beam part 10, the first projections 11 extended from both ends of the beam part 10, and the second projections 12 extended from the beam part 10 on the side of contact face with a vibrator 16. And the mover 13 receives the force of being pressed against the vibrator 16 through the face A of the first projection 11, and contacts with the vibrator 16 with the second projection 12. In this case, it is to be desired that the flexural elastic modulus of the material of the mover 13 should be 1000kg/mm<2>-7000kg/mm<2>. Hereby, the efficiency and the life of the motor can be improved. |
