PURPOSE:To cut a lead wire of a printed board in the length of a standard even if the warpage of various type of printed board is varied and not sufficiently corrected. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire cutter comprises a sensor 1, a controller 2, a cutter driver 3 and a cutter 4. The sensor 1 measures the warpage of a printed board 5 and outputs a warpage amount signal 1a. The controller 2 inputs the signal 1a and outputs a control signal 2a adapted for various types of the boards 5. The driver 3 applies the cutter 4 for the warpage amount based on the signal 2a, regulates its height, starts and stops it. The cutter 4 is moved by the driver 3 to cut the lead wire of the board 5. |
