PURPOSE:To unnecessitate manual decision and to quickly execute the maintenance of a merchandise master by automatically deleting merchandise whose sales period has closed from the merchandise master based upon its available period. CONSTITUTION:A season master registering/updating means A registers merchandise dealing season division information in a season master. A merchandise master registering/updating means B registers information relating to marchandise in the merchandise master. A deleting merchandise file writing means C compares an available period written in the merchadise master with a processing date, deletes merchandise whose available period has passed from the merchandise master and writes thedeleted merchandise in a deleted merchandise master. A table forming means D reads out the contents of the deleted merchandise file and forms the table of the deleted merchadise. |
