PURPOSE:To reduce the number of signals requiring to be transmitted and facilitate a relative peripheral circuit by adding or subtracting the incremental signal additive value of the A and B phases from the pulse edge of a magnetic pole position composite signal so as to settle the required position of a magnetic pole. CONSTITUTION:The judgment of whether the position of the pulse edge of a magnetic pole position polar signal corresponds to any phase among each- phase magnetic position signals Spu, Spv and Spw and the judgment of the rotational direction of a motor by the incremental signals S1A and of both A and B phases are performed. And the pulse width of the incremental signals S1A and S1B can be set as a resolution by adding or subtracting the pulse additive value of the incremental signals S1A and S1B from the pulse edge of the polar signal Sc according to the results of both judgments, and the required pole position based on the magnetic pole position composite signal Sc can be settled. Hereby, the number of signals requiring to be transmitted can be reduced, and the relative peripheral circuit can be facilitated. |
