<p>PURPOSE:To easily add a message and a relation with a sending destination by mapping the message in a data base with a retrieval condition by means of a polite degree or an intimate degree. CONSTITUTION:When the concrete relation between a sender and the sending destination, a friend, a boss or a customer, for example, are inputted by an input means 3, the relation with the sending destination is mapped with the retrieval condition using either the polite degree or the intimate degree or both by a mapping means 4. A retrieval means 5 retrieves the message data base using the mapped retrieval condition, and a display means 6 displays the message having the polite degree and the intimate degree, which coincides with the retrieval condition. Thus, the message on congratulation and condolence, where the relation between the sender and the sending destination of the message has an important meaning, can be retrieved and maintenance for adding the new message and the relation with the sending destination becomes considerably easy.</p> |
