The circuit which decreases the size of subscriber connecting apparatus comprises: a first DC/DC convertor (20) converting the local power feed supplying from the network to +5V DC; a second DC/DC convertor (30) converting the local power feed to +40V DC; an AC/DC power source means (40) feeding the power to the terminal and the subscriber connecting apparatus using the commercial power; an on-off means (50), which are connected to the first DC/DC convertor, the second DC/DC convertor and the AC/DC power source means, switching the above means (20,30,40).
