PURPOSE:To obtain well-balanced magnetic characteristics, by pressure-molding mixed alloy powder in a magnetic field, sintering a molded object in a vacuum or an inert gas atmosphere, and performing aging heat treatment at a temperature lower than or equal to the sintering temperature. CONSTITUTION:A alloy is alloy which is mainly composed of R2T14B phase (R is rare earth metal whose main body is Nd, Pr, and Dy, and T is Fe or Fe and Co). B allay is alloy which contains R, Co, Fe, B, M (M is an element selected out of elements of Al, Cu, etc.). B alloy powder of 1-30wt.% is mixed in A alloy powder of 99-70wt.%, and mixed allay powder is subjected to pressure-molding in a magnetic field. The molded object is sintered in a vacuum or an inert gas atmosphere, and subjected to aging heat treatment at a temperature lower than or equal to the sintering temperature. Thereby well-balanced magnetic characteristics can be obtained. |
