CONSTITUTION:Light scattering substances 5 are included in back-side transparent electrodes 4 and 6 which are adhered/formed on a photoelectric conversion layer 3, and therefore, an incident light 8 which has passed through the layer 3 once is scattered efficiently and enters the layer 3 once again. |
