<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a chip size with a standard cell equipped with a feed function, by forming a feed-wiring conductor in a standard cell region and carrying out an automatic wiring step without an additional feed cell. CONSTITUTION:A feed-wiring double layered metal 14 is provided in an inverter cell region so that a feed function is added to a standard cell. Then, an inverter input double layered metal 5 and an inverter output double layered metal 6 are connected to a double layered metal conductor. At the same time, an upper cell double layered metal conductor and a lower cell double layered metal conductor are connected through the feed-wiring double layered metal 14 so that a standard cell functions as a feed cell. In this way, the standard cell has a passing-by function for signals not to be connected to an input/output, and thereby the feed cells in a cell array can be reduced in number and the chip size can also be reduced.</p> |
