PURPOSE:To solve the problem permitting the magnetization of the ring-shaped magnet only as it is incorporated in a center role so that it should be incorporated in the magnetic circuit after the magnetization and to provide the production for speaker capable of magnetization while assembling it in the speaker. CONSTITUTION:Along the bobbin internal surface part of a voice coil 2 of the speaker without a dust cap, a magnetization device 11 is inserted to be arranged on a ring-shaped magnet 8. This magnetization device 11 is energized to be magnetized in the radial direction. Then the magnet 8 can be magnetized with the speaker assembled almost completely, thus preventing the iron powder and dust bringing about the cause of trouble at the time of assembly from enterring into a magnetic gap 4. |
