PURPOSE: To generate such a voltage signal that the integration of the current is proportional by providing an integral amplifier having an integral capacitor and including a switch circuit in the current pulse integrator. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed current pulse integrator circuit 10 has an integral amplifier 12 and an integral capacitor 14 arranged in the feedback loop of the integral amplifier 12. Then a current flowing through the integral capacitor 14 is controlled by current sources 16, 18, and 20 and switch circuits 22, 24, 26, and 28. In this case, the switch circuits 22 to 28 generate a current which flows through the integral capacitor in a 1st direction while the current pulse integrator 10 is in a 1st operation state and also prevents the current which flows through the integral capacitor 14 in the 1st direction while the current pulse integrator 10 is at least in the other operation state. When the switch circuits 22 to 28 switch between the 1st operation state and at least the other operation state, the output current of the integral amplifier 12 is left without being varied. |
