<p>PURPOSE:To obtain resistance composition giving a thick film resistor whose resistance characteristics are stable, and a thick film resistor using the composition, by uniformly dispersing fine conductive particles in glass matrix of the resistor after baking. CONSTITUTION:Thick film resistance composition contains the following compositions; 1-80vol.% metal boride, 20-99vol.% glass slit containing glass component of 150wt.% reduced to zirconium oxide, and organic vehicles of effective amounts in obtaining a paste state. Thereby resistance composition can be baked as the thick film resistor of an integrated circuit applying copper to a conductor circuit, in an inert gas atmosphere.</p> |
