PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a coiled cell having an abnormally large self-discharge. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing a coiled substance, in which a positive electrode consisting of a metal thin film, to which a positive electrode active material is stuck, and a negative electrode consisting of a metal thin film, to which a negative electrode active material is stuck, are wound about through a separator of a minute porous polyolefin film, a foreign matter of 30 to 100mum to be stuck to the separator is not to exceed 0.09 piece every square cm of the separator. Generation of a cell causing a self-discharge defect can be suppressed by performing sampling inspection of a foreign matter to be mixed into the coiled substance at a stage of winding about so as to suppress mixing in of a foreign matter. |
