PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of distortion in a baked body and the generation of warpage by a method wherein a circuit-layer green sheet and an insulating-layer green sheet are laminated in specified order, a laminate is prepared, an additional laminate is laminated on the laminate, a double laminate is manufactured and the structure of the double laminate is formed in a vertically symmetric shape. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of circuit-layer green sheets 2 and insulating-layer green sheets 1 are laminated in a specified order, thus forming a laminate 3. At least one circuit-layer green sheet 2 and insulating-layer green sheet 1 are laminated in a predetermined order, thus forming an additional laminate 4. The laminate 3 is laminated on the additional laminate 4, thus preparing a double laminate 7. The double laminate 7 is formed in a vertically symmetric structure with respect to the center line. The double laminate 7 constituted in this manner is baked and a baked body 5 is manufactured, the additional laminate 14 section of the baked body 5 is removed, and the external shape of the baked body is machined in a specified form. Accordingly, the generation of distortion in the baked body and the generation of warpage can be prevented. |
