<p>PURPOSE:To surely inform an operator of an alarm indicating a small residual battery capacity and to prevent the excess power consumption due to the alarm in the information processor which is driven using the battery as a power supply, and provided with a display part displaying information such as input and processing information, for example, a liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 4 detects whether or not the output voltage of a battery 1 is lower than the prescribed reference voltage to be generated by a reference voltage generator 3. A display controller 6 changes the display state of a display 7 to the state different from the normal one, for example, to a state such as flickering or inversion. This is transmitted to an operator as an alarm without fail. Accordingly, the power consumption of the display 7 is not increased even when the display state of the display 7 changes due to the alarm.</p> |
