PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of executing connection and disconnection of a communication circuit by a task unit, and to decrease the number of times of connecting a communication circuit and the number of times of disconnecting a communication. CONSTITUTION:A task managing means 14 receives a start declaration and an end declaration for using a host computer from plural tasks 12, and decides the request contents. A host computer use managing means 15 decides whether a request destination host computer is in the course of communication to other task than a request origin task or not. Only in the case it is not in the course of communication, a communication circuit connection deciding means 16 connects or disconnects a communication circuit 17. In such a way, when the host computer to which a task A desires to execute a communication is being used in another task B, the communication can be used in common. |
