PURPOSE:To output individual characters with humanness which are different from the output of an existent character font by outputting the characters which are similar to the individual penmanship. CONSTITUTION:Individual penmanship features are extracted from handwritten characters inputted to a character recognition device 2 by referring to a recognition dictionary 3 and according to the penmanship features, an individual penmanship similar character font having the most similar features to the individual penmanship is selected among prepared standard penmanship character fonts of N patterns having penmanship features by using a penmanship correspondence table 7 to generate the individual penmanship dictionary 6 which contains individual IDs and individual penmanship similar character font pattern numbers. |
