PURPOSE:To simply apply required attribute processing to a specified character string after executing the conversion processing of the character string by inputting the start and end points of an attribute to the specified character string at the time of inputting it. CONSTITUTION:This document processor is provided with an attribute information storing part 7 capable of storing plural character attribute position information and plural data indicating that each attribute is a start point or an end point, and when an operator inputs the start and end points of a required attribute to a character string to which the attribute is to be applied at the time of inputting the character string, the conversion processing of the character string is executed and then the required attribute processing is applied to the specified character string based upon the contents of the storing part 7. Required attribute processing is applied also to a character string to be successively inputted base upon the contents of a flag storing part 6 for storing attribute status held at the time of inputting the preceding character string. |
