PURPOSE:To correct coiling gaps of a cell coil and reduce the coiling gaps by detecting gaps of a cell coil material to be coiled up in order to correct the gaps by tilting an angle variable roller. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode sheet 1, a negative electrode sheet 2, a separator 3 are pulled out respectively for being taken up by a rotor 6 of a spindle 5 as a cell coil. Respective lines of these sheets 1, 2 are provided with angle variable rollers 7 and position detecting sensors 8 in the downstream. Then, tilts of the rollers 7 are controlled by the sensors 8 according to the gaps of coil materials. A gap amount of the sheet materials is corrected. Thereby, a cell coil coiler having little coiling gaps can be realized. |
