PURPOSE:To provide a low voltage uninterruptible switching method for switching banks uninterruptibly through only one switchgear. CONSTITUTION:A nonfuse breaker NFB closed when AC switch sections 7, 9 in a bypass circuit B are opened, and the phase detecting circuit in a control circuit 8 detects phase rotation on input and output sides. Output voltage of an inverter circuit 5 is then converted to have same phase and magnitude as those of an output terminal voltage. Subsequently, the AC switch section 7 is closed and the primary cut-out switch PC in bank B is opened to feed the loads in bank B with power from a switchgear S. A reverse conversion switch is then operated to convert the output voltage of the inverter circuit 5 to have same phase and magnitude as those of the input terminal voltage through the control circuit 8 thus turning the AC switch section 7 OFF while the AC switch section 9 ON and feeding the loads in bank B with power from the bypass circuit B of the switchgear S. |
