<p>PURPOSE:To prevent accidents in advance by previously detecting that a certain kind of an output module different from a regular type is erroneously mounted at the output step of a digital controller by providing a judging part to judge the erroneous mounting when the output of the mounted output module is different from the output of the regular output module in the manner of a signal level. CONSTITUTION:A designating part 1 respectively designates the switching of a mode to a switcher 4, a check signal to a control part 2 and a judging reference to a judging part 5. Then, an output module 3 is mounted. In this case, when the regular output module is an NPN type, the check signal to be outputted from the control part 2 becomes an H signal. In the next step, the judging part 5 judges whether an output Sm of the really mounted output module, namely, detecting the erroneous mounting is the H signal or not, when the Sm is H, the mounting is judged as correct and when the Sm is different from the H, the mounting is judged as error.</p> |
