<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of resistance value of a ceramic element and the mutual fusing of elements when a molded object of positive temperature coefficient thermistor material is baked. CONSTITUTION:Base powder 2 formed of titanium zirconate is interposed between molded objects 1 of positive temperature coefficient thermistor, and a plurality of the molded objects are stacked in a sheath 3 and baked. Thereby the reactivity of the molded object 1 with barium titanate can be decreased, and the mutual reaction and fusing of the ceramic elements can be prevented.</p> |
