CONSTITUTION:Between an upper dielectric electrode 5 provided in the laser gas of a gas laser oscillator and the case 11 of the oscillator, which is present in the periphery of the electrode 5, provided are insulation gas sections 19, 21. Thereby, both are insulated from each other. |
