<p>PURPOSE:To improve the stability of a foot pedal for a bass drum. CONSTITUTION:The foot pedal 19 for the bass drum is fixed to the bass drum 5 through a coupling part and strikes the drum head of the bass drum by rotating a beater corresponding to the stepping of a foot board provided on the frame 2, and the coupling part is constituted of a clamping member 20 which is supported pivotally on the frame 2 rotatably almost in level with the rotational plane of the foot board or beater and a clamp head member 20a which is arranged at the bass drum side end part of the clamping member 20 and supported pivotally and rotatably on the clamping member 20 almost in level with the rotational plane of the clamping member 20.</p> |
