PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a miss such as double production by preparing a preceding arrangement managing master in addition to an arrangement master, always grasping relation between preceding arrangement and determined arrangement, and even when distribution is divided at the time of its determination, executing processing without changing the preceding arrangement of a production process. CONSTITUTION:This selling management system is provided with the arrangement master 2 for storing and managing an arrangement record 4 including the ordering numbers, article names and the number of articles whose order has been determined, the preceding arrangement managing master 3 for storing and managing a preceding arrangement management record 5 including the article names and the number of articles precedently arranged and a determination processing means 8 to be started at the time of changing preceding arrangement to determined arrangement. The record 14 is stored in the master 2 based on the ordering number to be identified as an item relating to preceding arrangement at the time of determining ordering and a preceding arrangement drawing record 6 including the ordering number and the number of articles to be drawn is simultaneously registered in relation to the record 5 in the article corresponding to the preceding arrangement number concerned in the master 3. When required, a preceding arrangement drawing list 7 is outputted from the master 3. |
