RESAMPLE DISLOCATION DETECTING METHOD

PURPOSE:To provide the method to detect the resample dislocation of a MUSE signal. CONSTITUTION:The section of respective sample points of the signal of a VITS area superimposed on a quantized MUSE signal is interpolated by at least one interpolating point or above, and for example, from the maximum value of the value to interpolate a sample point Y1 and a sample point Y2, the point (DELTA mark) without any resample dislocation is obtained, and the resample dislocation is detected from the Y1 point and a DELTA mark point. The interpolation may be performed at plural points.
