The proposal is for a band-gap circuit with an operation amplifier (OP), the inputs of which can be triggered via transistors (T1, T2). The band-gap circuit is characterized by separate current mirror systems allocated to the current paths of the transistors (T1, T2), preferably made by the stacked mirror method. It is possible to adjust the band-gap voltage across the resistors (R1 or R2) using the separate current mirror systems without altering the current ratio at the same time.
