Use of uracilreductase inactivator (I) which is a 5 substd. or 5,6-dihydro-5-substd. uracil deriv. opt. in conjunction with 5-fluorocuracil or their prodrugs in medical therapy is new. The 5-substit. is Br, CN, halo 1-4C alkyl, 2-6C alkenyl, 1-halo 2-6C alkenyl, 2-6C alkynyl or halo 2-6C alkynyl. Also claimed is 5-propynyluracil. |
