PURPOSE:To shorten instructions for warehousing and delivery by dividing a file to prepare a file for controlling information on emptiness of members in shelves of each block, and a file for controlling members in the shelves by delivery-destination work stations. CONSTITUTION:The name of warehoused members is checked, and the station No. the service-block No. are read from a table l, then information on 'warehoused/empty/disapprove' is read successively from the head shelf number in respect of the corresponding block in a file l, and an emptied shelf is found. The coordinate of the first found shelf number is notified to a warehouse control unit, and a crane in the warehouse is operated to perform warehousing operations. Then, 'shelf-block No., shelf number, coordinate' are added to the upmost rear of data on a corresponding work station in a file 2 to be registered in warehousing information. Further, 'delivery-destination station No.', 'name of members', 'quantity', 'warehousing date', etc., are written in the place of a corresponding shelf number in a file 3. |
