PURPOSE:To enhance the detection accuracy of angular velocity by setting the voltages generated at the time of driving of at least two sets of piezoelectric elements to the same phase and to stabilize a voltage level generated immediately after driving by discharging the charge generated when a vibration gyproscope is stopped. CONSTITUTION:At least two sets of piezoelectric elements 2, 3 are bonded to the side surfaces of a vibrator 1 having a polygonal cross-sectional shape to form a vibrator 4. The respective fixed terminals of a variable resistor 21 are connected to the piezoelectric elements 2, 3 and the movable terminal 22 of the variable resistor 21 is earthed. |
