PURPOSE:To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle which can prevent a stench and a nasty small from being blown off into a cabin in starting the air conditioner with a simple construction. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner for a vehicle is provided with a fluid exhaust port 7 for exhausting fluid including a stench and a nasty smell, i.e., air accumulated in a draft path 2 between a blower 3 and fluid blow-off port 6 to the outside of a cabin and a fluid suction port 8 for introducing fresh air from the outside of the draft path into an outer draft path to blow off the fresh air into the cabin while the fluid discharge port 7 is opened to discharge the fluid including the stench and nasty smell accumulated in the draft path 2 to the outside of the cabin, in addition to fundamental component members so far well known in the air conditioner for the vehicle. |
