PURPOSE:To suppress the frequency ripple of a power system by analyzing the spectrums of the frequency of the power system so as to forecast the ripple of frequency, and controlling the flow rate of the feed water to a boiler, the quantity of fed fuel, etc., based on the forecast results, and maintaining the main steam pressure of the boiler at a constant value. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor 1 measures the main steam pressure of a boiler. The output is compared with the pressure set value being created in a function generator 3 based on the command value from a director 2. The deviation is operated in a porportioner and integrator 5 and is supplied to a compensator 6. The compensator 6 compensates the signal outputted from the proportioner and integrator 5 with the command value from the director 2 and the feed water compensating signal from a boiler controller 8, and outputs it to the boiler controller as a feed water flow control signal FE. The boiler controller 8 analyses the spectrums of the frequency F of the power system for a certain period. The ripple of the system load is forecast from the analysis results, and in case that the ripple is forecast to be fierce, or in case that the reverse is forecast, the setting of each parameter of the control signal generation system is changed. |
