<p>PURPOSE:To apply a stable remelt hardening treatment by restraining the deformation of a cam top part in a cam. CONSTITUTION:In the remelt hardening treatment device for applying the remelt hardening treatment to the cam surface 14 by rotating the cam 12 fitted to a cam shaft and also shifting a torch 20 faced to the cam surface 14 in the cam 12 in the transverse direction of the cam 12, at the time of treating the cam surface 14 corresponding to the cam top part in the cam 12, the output of the torch 20 is made lower than output at the time of treating the other part on the cam surface 14 by the prescribed quantity, and also the shifting speed of the torch 20 and the rotational speed of the cam shaft are lowered by the prescribed quantities.</p> |
