PURPOSE:To efficiently and continuously culture a cell by rotating a tank alternately to normal and reverse directions in a state where one sides of flexible piping and flexible wiring are fixed on the lateral side face of the tank through which axial line passes and the other is fixed to the outside of the tank under specific conditions so as to allow the contents of the tank to flow. CONSTITUTION:A tank is rotated alternately to normal and reverse directions, in a state where one sides of partially flexible piping and wiring 8 are fixed on the tank side face through which axial line of a rotation type culture 2 having rotation axial line in the lateral direction passes and the other is fixed to the outside of the tank, until the limit of such rotation number that twist of the pipes and wires by rotation of the tank can be absorbed and the contents of the tank is allowed to flow to culture a biological cell and biological cell- containing particle body.
