PURPOSE:To execute washing-away at the time of emergency by providing a sprinkling port, a first tank, a second tank provided on a first tank, a shutter, a means for opening and closing the shutter, and a means for supplying water to a second tank. CONSTITUTION:In a tank 1, water is always stored in advance, and in the case a shower is necessary, a pedal is stepped on. By pushing downward a connecting rod 3, putting back connecting rods 4, 5 and 6 and opening a shutter 7, dropping down stagnant water into a tank 8, and sprinkling water from a sprinkling port 9, a shower can always be executed. Also, in the case it is necessary to replenish water, a valve 10 is opened, and feed water is executed from a water service pipe 11. In such a manner, even in the case a flow fluctuation is generated due to a city water use state in the periphery, or a water source is stopped due to a fault of a water supply equipment and a service interruption, washing-away at the time of emergency can be executed. |
