USE:Useful as an additive for favorite food such as health food, soft drink, etc. PREPARATION:The compound expressed by I is obtained by adding (B) germanium hydroxide to (A) phytic acid (e.g. having 5-15% concentration, etc.) e.g. within the range of 1-3mol. component (B) based on 1mol. component (A) and reacting the component (B) with the component (A) at 40-50 deg.C while stirring. |
