<p>PURPOSE:To make a laminate process and stopping operation of manufacturing easy, by a method wherein a mold release sheet is fed between both a heating and cooling rolls, a metallic sheet and adhesive layer film are separated from each other and after both the heating and cooling rolls are pulled apart from each other, conveyance of the metallic sheet is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A metallic sheet 14 is fed to a heating roll 7, an adhesive bond film sheet 8 is fed between the heating roll 7 and a cooling roll 11 and a metallic sheet provided with an adhesive bond film is formed. Then the metallic sheet provided with the adhesive bond film is fed between pressure-contacting and joining rolls 3, 3' so that its adhesive layer film side is positioned on a stationary sheet 13 side of thermoplastic resin and a metal and resin composite sheet is manufactured. In this case, a mold release sheet 20 is caused to be accompanied by the adhesive bond film sheet 8 and fed between both the heating and cooling rolls 7, 11. Then after the metallic sheet 14 and adhesive bond film sheet 8 are separated from each other and both the heating and cooling rolls 7, 11 are pulled apart from each other, conveyance of the metallic sheet 14 is stopped.</p> |
