<p>PURPOSE:To prevent gall and abnormal abrasion of a ball joint during operation with a less volume of coolant, by forming a solid lubricating film having a wear resistant function on the spherical part and/or the inner surface of the ball join of a connecting rod. CONSTITUTION:An anodic oxide coated film 9c as a base is formed on the inner surface 9b of a ball joint which holds therein a spherical part 8a of a connecting rod, and the film 9c is coated with powder obtained by mixing resin with a binder and having MOS2 as a main component so as to form a solid lubrication film 9. Further, a part of the inner surface of the ball joint is formed therein with a space for holding therein lubrication oil.</p> |
